Privacy

DocketMosaic is designed for redacted merchant case records. Your cases and uploaded source bytes are scoped to your authenticated account. We do not put document contents or personal data into public dashboard output or analytics.

Supported source processing

DocketMosaic currently processes UTF-8 text and readable text PDFs. Image extraction and image-only PDF processing are not currently available. Image analysis is not currently supported. Upload readable text or a text PDF instead.

Short retention

A case becomes inaccessible after seven days of inactivity. The daily purge then deletes the case, its source bytes, and all derived pack data. The cleanup is safe to repeat, so export anything you need before the inactivity cutoff.
