What can I upload?

DocketMosaic accepts UTF-8 text and readable text PDFs up to 5 MB. Image analysis is not supported.

What is evidence versus organization?

Evidence stays tied to the records you provide. The checklist, chronology and draft organize those records; they do not create verification.

Who submits the response?

The merchant reviews every citation, edits the draft and submits through their own provider. DocketMosaic does not access payment accounts or guarantee an outcome.

How long are cases retained?

A case is inactive after seven days and is removed by the existing purge, including source bytes and derived pack data.

Why are payments unavailable?

Beta preview. Payments are not open yet. The planned price is USD $19 for one case. For support or a refund request, email docketmosaic-7@polsia.app. Refund requests should be sent within seven days of purchase and will be reviewed under the company refund policy. This is provisional copy pending final confirmation.
